　　ManTech is currently seeking a highly motivated and career-driven Application Developer to join our team in Herndon, VA. As an Application Developer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the functionality and security of our products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet or exceed customer requirements.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Maintain a deep understanding of customer requirements for the team product and its role within the larger ecosystem.

　　Develop, implement, test, document, and support features, product capabilities, and data processing methods to ensure the highest levels of information system security.

　　Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, team leads, and team members to ensure that product capabilities align with or surpass customer expectations.

　　Perform ongoing maintenance and improvements on existing products.

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.

　　At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java or Spring Boot development.

　　Proficiency in documenting program development and revisions, including adding comments to code for clarity.

　　Experience identifying complex problems, developing solution options, and implementing strategies.

　　Strong background in developing customized applications for Linux-based systems.

　　Familiarity with VMWare ESXi or Docker.

　　Proficiency in developing software applications using relational databases (SQL/Postgres) and utilizing JPA for database persistency.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts, with experience in Git or Kubernetes.

　　Working knowledge of object-oriented design principles.

　　Experience in developing with Kotlin.

　　Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, Junit, or Maven.

　　Knowledge of computer networking, Agile project management principles, and processes.

　　Demonstrated ability to document program development and revisions for ease of understanding.

　　Security Clearance Requirements:

　　An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start.Physical Requirements:

　　Ability to remain in a stationary position for approximately 50% of the time.

　　Proficiency in operating a computer and other office productivity machinery.

　　Effective communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

　　Working with data in a secure and confidential manner.
