　　Responsible for the planning, design and build of security architectures; oversees the implementation of network and computer security and ensures compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies and procedures. Our Senior Security Engineers play an important role in delivering Managed Security Services (MSS) to our global customers. The incumbent will support the configuration, management and triaging of customer security devices, including CyberArk PAS and other IAM solutions. Implements software fixes (patches) to remove system vulnerabilities. Responds immediately to cybersecurity-related incidents and provides a thorough post-event analysis. Investigates intrusion incidents and conducts forensic investigations.

　　Key Accountabilities:

　　As a Senior Security Engineer your responsibilities will include:

　　Delivering excellent customer service through professional, comprehensive and timely support for the Security Device Management Lifecycle (H&A, Incidents, Change Requests, Upgrades, etc.)

　　Design and implement complex change requests for global enterprise customers.

　　Work as an integral part of a global team delivering high-value Managed Security Services (MSS)

　　Monitor customer devices and services to quickly identify, escalate and resolve incidents

　　Work closely with stakeholders and other regional SOCs as required

　　Be the technical SME for security device and security service management for Privilege Access Management system.

　　Work with the OEM and vendors to resolve complex issues for PAS.

　　Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern

　　Other duties as required

　　Experience Skills and Qualifications:

　　As a Senior Security Engineer your skills and qualifications will include:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Information Security or related (Polytechnic Diploma and two years direct hands on experience in a SOC will be considered)

　　Minimum 6+ years of experience in CyberArk Privileged Access Management solution and other PAM tools

　　Knowledge on Cloud based security technologies

　　Must have hands on experience on Cyber Ark Security and Access Management

　　Implementation /Deployment experience for CyberArk PAM solution, integration of the PAS components

　　Hands on experience PowerShell scripting and/or RestAPI

　　Experience in custom plugin/connector development for the various network & infrastructure appliances

　　Hand on experience in Major system upgrades for CyberArk and relevant components

　　Knowledge in security automation methodologies

　　Understanding of application layer protocols like HTTPS, SFTP, SSH etc.

　　Suitable skills or certifications from major security vendors.

　　Demonstrated experience working in both UNIX and Windows based environments

　　Excellent diagnostic / troubleshooting skills

　　Excellent written and spoken fluency in English

　　Comfortable and proficient working in a role that interfaces with multiple cultures and time zones

　　Work as part of a 24/7/365 shift pattern
