What you'll do at Jamf: The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for guiding cooperation, way of work and adoption of relevant tools. The goal is effectiveness, understanding, collaboration and happiness, all that should bring cost saving to the company on many levels. As a senior, they are providing influence and guidance for their team(s) and across their area / unit / line of business and across the company where applicable. They are pragmatists who will work with teams and help them understand Agile theory, practices, and values. They are a cultural leader and will act impartially with all stakeholders across product and engineering to build a culture of trust, understanding, transparency and high performance. What you can expect to do in this role: Leads a safe environment for your team(s)/area of responsibility where team members feel a high sense of belongingness and can be uniquely themselves. Facilitate a team-led environment, where everyone on the team is willing to jump in and help where needed on the most important items Focus on continuous improvement that improves efficiency (i.e. eliminating waste of energy, focus, time). Guiding the team on an effective adoption of agile frameworks and their values including at scale. Lead efforts to teach teams and stakeholders the purpose and benefit of the process, including the "why" of each action in our way of working (mainly defined in the frameworks). Bringing new ideas and experiments, that helps teams to grow and improve themselves. Act as a leader in cooperation with any manager if needed. Pay attention to people's soft skills and provide guidance or education in this area (eg: presentation skills, assertiveness, negotiation, etc) in cooperation with the manager. Conflict resolution, ability to provide constructive feedback and challenge others if needed. Share the best practices and findings with others across the teams (within the Jamf scrum master community of practice) Coach and encourage more junior Scrum Masters on their journey. Support multiple teams by various techniques based on needs and team specifics: Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Shadowing, Managing Communicate of any blockers / impediments and proactive solving if possible What we are looking for: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, or related role (Required) Strong communication skills (Required) Ability to understand and listen (Required) Innovative mindset willing to step out of comfort zone (Required) Ability to understand and listen (Required) Experience in meeting facilitation and teaching others (Required) Ability to work with several agile teams (Required) Ability to switch between roles (Coach, Mentor, Teacher, etc) as needed (Required) Experience working with several teams (Required) Experience in software development (any role) (Required) Familiarity with Jira (Preferred) Understanding of Agile & Scrum Scaling Patterns (Preferred) Experience building teams from the ground up (Preferred) Experience working with global teams (Preferred) Experience working within a scaled agile environment (Preferred) Experience working in multiple organizations in a similar position (Preferred) Associates (2 year) or 4 year / Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Science, other technical qualification or related field. (Required) Agile / Scrum / SAFe Certifications (Preferred) A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered Why Jamf?
