WHAT YOU WILL NEED in this SalesForce Administrator candidate :

Salesforce Administration with configuring the entire platform.

Sales Cloud Marketing loud experience REQUIRED

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE build custom apps custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

MUST HAVE visual force pages, validation rules, users, custom reports, Workflows.

Experience with business CRM processes such as pipeline management, case management, account management,

*Custom reports and dashboards,

*CRM forecasting and campaign management.

Singlehandedly doing Salesforce administrative tasks; configuring users, roles and profiles, workflow rules, page layouts, all reports and dashboards, email services.

Working with business units to fully leverage the full capability of Salesforce, Salesforce Design, Flows, and business best practices.

Salesforce for internal and external marketing and business processes.

MUST HAVE PREVIOUS Salesforce design experience to proactively ASSESS AND EXPLOIT businesses' inner Salesforce functions.

Using, future planning, development Salesforce workflows and Salesforce OPTIMIZATION Will be a large part of your job.
