  Senior Salesforce Administrator

  This position will help maintain and drive enhancements to our Salesforceplatform and ensure uninterrupted ability to provide customer quotes throughthe administration of the Salesforce CPQ system. The candidate must havehands-on administration and configuration skills with the latest Salesforcereleases, the ability to handle first-level user support/trainingrequests, and experience designing advanced reports and dashboards. Theymust have a sales and service-oriented mindset and a passion for learning,working with, and evangelizing the Salesforce platform.

  A Typical Day Might Include the Following:

  Own the architecture and design of the Salesforce CPQ system. Performadministrative tasks including configuration of products, product rules,price rules and other parts of Salesforce CPQ.Maintain the project queue in Salesforce and streamline product go-to-marketprocess within Salesforce.Perform ongoing system administration (maintaining user roles, securitysettings, profiles, automation, and data integrity).Work with Product Management and business stakeholders for product relatedprojects, processes (such as: Product Launch, Product Escalation,Enhancement Requests, Beta Program, Pricing Analysis, product-focusedsystems administration, and End of Life).Maintain reporting and dashboards within Salesforce. Assist with ad hocreporting requests and optimize the user experience related to reports anddashboards.Manage dashboards, reports, forms, templates, custom objects, objectrelationships, fields and layouts.Help drive end-user adoption of Salesforce through documentation, supportand training of new and current employees.Establish and maintain data quality throughdaily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting. Salesforce user administrationtasks, including access management, permission sets, role assignmentsand profile management, etc.Maintain data quality through ongoing data analysis, recordde-duplication, and other related tasks, and identify and implementprocess improvements that contribute to improved data quality.Provide first-level support to the sales, marketing, service, finance,and operations teams, including issue identification and issueresolution/escalDesign and implement custom objects and advanced functionality, based onproject roadmap and strategic initiatives.Evaluate and implement third party solutions and app exchange packages basedon project need or business request.Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to the Winter,Spring, and Summer release management schedule provided by Salesforce.Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual & quarterly goals.Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.

  Required Education, Experience, and Specific Job-Related Skills

  Education Requirement:

  Bachelor's Degree from 4 Year accredited College/University, orequivalent experience.

  Experience Requirement:

  4+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration2+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ AdministrationSalesforce Administrator CertificationSalesforce CPQ Certification

  Experience Preferred:

  Demonstrated proficiency in user security, profile and role management,custom objects, workflow and validation rules, email templates,formulas, dashboards & reporting.Must be experienced Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word,Excel, Visio and Power Point.Must be detailed oriented and have strong problem solving and analyticalskills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.Able to meet deadlines, com unicate delays, clarify ambiguous situations.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skillsets quickly.
