Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Multi-Domain Strategist to join our military team in Hawaii. This role requires an individual with comprehensive knowledge of and experience in multi-domain operations, encompassing land, air and sea domains. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategies that integrate these domains to achieve superior military effectiveness and operational advantage for upcoming rotations in Hawaii, Alaska and allies west of the International Date Line. They will also support joint operations at the theater level, ensuring cohesive and strategic alignment across all military efforts.

Skills and Requirements

5 years of experience as a field grade in Joint operations

5 years of experience as a air planner

Experience with operational planning at the division, corps,

or theater level

Ability to play a lead role in coordinating with department

and mission partners to ensure resolution of tasks and

activities.

Professional Military Education Level 4 qualified

Joint Qualified Level 3

TS/SCI clearance Joint Advanced Warfighting School (JAWS)

Experience in Joint Air Special Operation Forces (SOF) integration

Knowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and Joint all Domain Operations.

Experience operating at a Joint National Training Center (JNTC) accredited facility.

Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.

Experience in the Indo-Pacific theater null
