About Senior Sales Strategy Manager

  Description

  The Selling Partner Recruitment and Success (SPRS) organization identifies and recruits the brands and products our customers want and helps drive their success by ensuring a strong start on Amazon. As a Senior Sales Strategy Manager, you will be partnering with SPRS Sales, Learning & Development, and the extended Sales Strategy and Operations team, to provide strategic business insights and support business growth and operational excellence. In this role, you will learn and be curious about market trends, customer needs, and competition, and identify the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) we should be working towards to deliver on overall business objectives. You will establish sales territories, develop quotas, forecast sales, and play a critical role in driving revenue. You will have deep experience in sales processes and tools, Salesforce CRM, and reporting analytics to assist in supporting a world-class Sales team. The ability to comprehend both quantitative and qualitative data points, connect the dots, and create executive-level content is critical to be successful in this role.

  Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • 6+ years experience in Sales, or at least 3+ years experience in a Sales Operations role.

  • Proven experience with the development and implementation of systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales force automation, etc.

  • Cross-functional Program Management experience leading medium to large scale initiatives.

  Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with sales data management solutions and data integration with Salesforce.

  • Data analysis experience, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.

  Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $107,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
