　　Description: Within our Denver corporate headquarters, we are seeking aSenior Sales Representative to cultivate sales growth and leveragingrelationships with customers in order to obtain new business, as well as tomanage and grow existing accounts. Ascent launched in 2016 with the mission tonaturally improve athletic performance and in the last 5 years, Ascent hasgrown to be a best-in-class sports nutrition brand known for their cleanproducts and partnerships with top athletes. Ascent is a wholly ownedsubsidiary of Leprino Foods Company, the world s largest producer ofmozzarella cheese.

　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $84,800 and $101,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 10%.

　　Support sales initiatives across various channels, including Club,Wholesale, and Retail. Your support may encompass managing customerportals, item setup, retailer promotion submissions, and collaboratingwith data partners.Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Finance to optimize promotionalplanning and trade spending management.Spearhead growth within assigned accounts and channels by introducing newproducts and boosting consumption of our existing product range.Contribute to the creation of compelling content, tools, and processesthat enhance profitability for both our sales channels and customers.Be the driving force behind generating prospect leads and attracting newcustomers to Ascent.Champion the Ascent brand and ensure consistent brand messaging andstandards across all channels.Lead and execute processes with Ascent broker partners, partneringeffectively to build the brand and enhance the team's capabilities.Continuously seek new opportunities to grow Ascent's capabilities andprofitability within our broker network.Dive deep into Ascent products, ingredients, and processing methods.Collaborate closely with Sales leaders and Ascent Leadership to optimizeselling processes, including customer setup, reporting, pricing,deductions, and trade spending.You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):* Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration or related field.* Five (5) years of sales experience; preferably in sports nutrition orfitness industry.* The ability to work a weekly 3/2 (office/home) hybrid schedule.
