Position Overview
Navistar is seeking a Truck Sales Manager. This leadership role is responsible for managing the Mid – West (Nebraska, Texas, Ohio, Iowa) territory to sell the company’s products and services through the dealer channel. Provide necessary coaching and support for dealer sales representatives to conquest new business and retain existing customers. Achieve sales results and margin by developing and implementing sales strategies and tactics, as well as developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts. Performs as a resource with high level knowledge of company products and services.
Responsibilities
Work hand in hand with local distributors
Promote electric and autonomous vehicles
Grow unique customer accounts
Develop relationships with strategic prospects and customers
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 years of sales experience
OR
Master’s degree OR
At least 4 years of sales experienceAdditional Requirements
