YOUR MISSION Position Summary: Reporting to theDirector of Sales, you will serve as a critical member of the salesteam. This hands-on role is responsible for proactively driving thego-to-market sales strategy and developing our channel to market. Major Responsibilities: Champions Regal Rexnord values andmaintains conduct in accordance with Regal Rexnord\'s vision, mission,initiatives, and company policies Work independently and own thedevelopment and growth of a solid strategic market Be the primarycontributor to a new regional plan to achieve sales success in the areawith the support of other regional sales engineers and a seasonedleadership team Enjoy the benefits of a structure encouraging 100% focuson customer actions and sales activities through strong independentestimating, project management and service execution teams Provide bothproduct and service solutions that allow for continuous life cycleinteraction with end users, integrators and contractors Bring a strongindustry name to a whole new area of the country and drive ourdevelopment and growth Manage stakeholder relationships while drivingdirect customer growth and development ARE YOU THE ONE? RequiredEducation, Experience and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in Business orElectrical Engineering/Power Engineering preferred 5+ years of salesexperience, preferably in the Power Management industry Experience withSalesforce CRM preferred Strong track record of developing and executingstrategic sales initiatives that delivered rapid revenue and margingrowth objectives via a clear set of KPIs Proven ability to be hands-on,resourceful & results...
