About Senior Risk Manager, Seller Compliance Enablement

  Description

  The Seller Compliance Enablement (SCE) team within Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance (RISC) is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to support our global scope of innovative projects supporting Selling Partner Experience.

  The Senior Risk Manager will be responsible for managing global risk and compliance programs that include inventorying, assessing, controlling, and monitoring important project-related risks. The candidate will be hands on and must have an entrepreneurial mindset to be successful in this role.

  A successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage and iterate an approach to identifying, assessing, and driving remediation for a wide set of risks on our expanding projects. The candidate must be comfortable with balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently, sorting through ambiguously defined problems, identifying and facing big challenges, and adjusting to sudden and frequent change.

  In this role, you will work across RISC compliance, Legal, business, and tech teams.

  Guiding senior leadership to balance risk management concerns with pragmatic risk solutions

  Maintaining a prioritized roadmap to address risks and improve risk programs.

  About the team

  SCE has a mission to protect customers by preventing illegal, unsafe, and non-compliant products from being listed in our store. We balance customer safety and Selling Partner experience.

  We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

  Bangalore, KA, IND

  Basic Qualifications

  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field.

  5+ years of risk management, or relevant risk management working experience.

  Preferred Qualifications

  Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  5+ years of audit, compliance, and enterprise risk management experience.

  5+ years in a previous role interacting regularly and directly with senior executives and/or regulators.

  Proven leadership, problem solving, project management skills, and strong attention to detail.

  Demonstrated experience as a leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.

  Proven ability to identify, analyze, and solve ambiguous problems with an extreme attention to detail and experience in preparing and leading business reviews for senior management.
