　　As a Senior Recruiter, you will be the driver of the whole selection & recruitment process from A to Z.

　　For your business entity, you are…

　　The recruiter

　　Understand recruiting demands and skills profiles within the area of responsibility;

　　Act as a single point of contact for designated candidates, addressing questions, and concerns;

　　Manage all candidates through the entire recruitment & selection process, from screening to contract offer communication and onboarding;

　　Oversee the recruiting pipeline, meet recruiting targets and provide regular reports;

　　Participate in recruiting events & sourcing activities.

　　The business partner

　　Analyze and determine recruitment needs in the business;

　　Act as a single point of contact for all recruiting related questions & concerns for the stakeholder group;

　　Create, distribute and discuss reports regularly, identifying challenges and recommend actions;

　　Bring added value to the business by leveraging your recruiting expertise in strategic decision-making.

　　The owner of the supply management

　　Be responsible for the recruiting resource plan for profiles;

　　Define most effective channels to find candidates;

　　Collaborate with our internal sourcing hub;

　　Maintain contact with recruitment agencies and other relevant partners.

　　Your Background

　　To thrive in this role :

　　You have minimum 3 years of experience and are eager to continue building your career in recruitment;

　　You have a Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent, proven by working experience;

　　You are fluent in English and Dutch/French;

　　You have experience working with an ATS;

　　You are able to prioritize different tasks;

　　You understand recruiting processes and procedures;

　　You are an excellent communicator with a ‘can do’ mindset;

　　You have a professional attitude, eagerness to learn and are a pro-active team player;

　　You have a good understanding of the external marketplace/trends.
