Job Description:

　　Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team! In this role you will get to be responsible for reviewing and verifying entitlement and estimated order of magnitude including documentary substantiation of Variation Notifications for endorsement by Principal QS for recommending in respect of Consultant Contracts.

　　What You'll Be Doing:

　　Prepare budgets and detailed cost plans

　　Perform risk and value management and cost control

　　Advise on procurement strategy

　　Advise on commercial schedules and terms for inclusion in tenders

　　Review commercial sections of Tender documentation received from consultants

　　Prepare pre-tender estimates

　　Review consultants pre-tender estimate

　　Undertake commercial evaluations of tenders received

　　Prepare commercial clarifications in respect of tenders

　　Identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks

　　Establish and Operate cost and financial control systems

　　Providing advice and respond to contractual claims

　　Prepare monthly cost reports

　　Manage and report on costs related to changes

　　Valuing completed work and arranging payments

　　Review and recommend in respect of Final Accounts

　　What Required Skills You'll Bring:

　　A minimum of five years demonstrated prior experience in quantity surveying is the requirement for this position

　　Membership of professional body such as Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors is preferable but not mandatory.
