　　To support this initiative, Liberty is now hiring for a full time ‘Senior Quality Reviewer’ position for the Southern region in Maryland.

　　This is a field-based position which requires extensive travel to provider locations throughout the region.

　　The responsibilities of this role include:

　　Contributing to the State of Maryland’s pursuit of CQL accreditation

　　Onsite meetings with residential and day service providers

　　Conducting CQL’s Basic Assurances reviews with providers

　　Conducting interviews with DDA participants and staff for CQL’s Personal Outcome Measures (POMS)

　　Providing feedback and technical assistance to providers

　　Data entry and writing summary reports

　　Participating in various quality improvement initiatives

　　Collaborating with stakeholders at the Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Offices

　　You can expect a starting salary of $65,000, thirty days of cumulative paid time off annually, reimbursement for work-related travel expenses, and other benefits.

　　You will receive comprehensive training by CQL on Personal Outcome Measures (POMS) and Basic Assurances.

　　You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:

　　At least four years of experience supporting people who are living with developmental disabilities

　　Leadership experience

　　Knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies

　　Bachelor’s degree

　　Ability to develop productive working relationships with people at all professional levels

　　Analytical skills

　　Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

　　Knowledge of CQL and person-centered practices

　　Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region (approximately 75%)
