About SENIOR QUALITY MANAGER

　　JOB DUTIES: Manage and direct the Quality department consisting of salariedQuality Engineers, Team Leader, and Quality Technicians; ensure that theQuality team has the correct competencies; ensure compliance to ISO/TS16949 within agreed upon scope of certification; ensure that localmanagement system is compliant to agreed customer requirements; drive theContinuous Improvement Process related to Quality.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or IndustrialEngineering plus 5 years experience in Quality Management in a manufacturingenvironment; in lieu of bachelor s degree plus 5 years experience, 8years experience in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment and atleast one year undergraduate study in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering;Six-Sigma Green belt certified; IATF 16949 Internal and/or Lead auditor.
