  Job Skills / Requirements

  Job Summary:This position serves as a senior management position within the Property Management division and reports directly to the Director of Property Management. This position requires daily interaction with all members of the property management and accounting team by providing support in a variety of roles, including coordination of all owner reporting, development and continual updating of a division procedure manual, management among personnel for all internal procedures, processing vendor invoices, interacting with tenants and tracking critical job information.

  Primary responsibilities will include:

  Developing and maintaining a divisional procedure manual and ensuring compliance among staff members.

  Reviewing and enhancing all client communications with a special focus on monthly reports.

  Administering vendor relationships and contracts, focusing particular attention towards delivering the highest level of client service on-time and on-budget.

  Serving as the point-of-contact for all property management staff, including providing resources, support and training.

  Interfacing on a daily basis with internal accounting staff while assisting in systematizing processes between property management and accounting divisions.

  Ensuring compliance with the terms of client management agreements.

  Training department staff on expanded use of Yardi property management software.

  Physically visiting all assigned sites on a weekly basis.

  Weekly travel to and from properties that may range up to 2.5 hours each way.

  Requirements:

  Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial property management.

  Four year college degree, Real Estate or Business majors are preferred.

  Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a calm and proficient manner while working in a fast-paced environment.

  Exceptionally strong communication skills, demonstrated in both writing and conversation. Experience in proposal preparation and contract negotiation is essential to this role.

  Demonstrable interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to work effectively in teams.

  Acute attention to detail and accuracy, with very high standards for excellence.

  Current Florida Real Estate Salesperson license.

  Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Yardi property management software is preferred.

  Weekly travel throughout the state of Florida is required.
