Description

We are seeking a seasoned Agile practitioner for a Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master role within our Service Marketing area. You will be working in a large Safe Agile Team, and be comfortable influencing decisions that directly impact project success. This is a hands-on role and calls for a candidate well-versed in all Project Manager's duties, such as project planning, scope management, financial management, and schedule management.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed project and executive PowerPoint presentations

Work closely in a large cross-functional environment with the business and IT teams and external vendors

Regularly host project meetings, manage deadlines, and coordinate efforts across departments

Collaboratively work with external vendors and suppliers, where required, for project execution

Continuously assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies

Implement quality assurance processes and ensure deliverables meet established standards

Oversee testing phases, including functional, integration, and user acceptance testing

Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders and address any project-related issues promptly

Facilitate transition from legacy systems to modernized solutions, promoting user acceptance and adoption of new technologies

Proficiency in Clarity, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft suite of tools

Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within the specified budget, timeline, and quality standards

Strong communication skills and ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment

Proven experience in risk management and leadership
