As a member of ADP's GlobalView® Business Excellence organization, Sr. Project Management will be responsible for planning, monitoring and managing delivery of Global strategic projects to meet agreed deliverables, scheduled timeframes and allocated budgets. Project Managers must follow ADP GlobalView's defined project methodology and manage sponsor/stakeholders' expectations throughout the lifecycle of the project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate solid project and change management knowledge and experience; a mix of both technical and business understanding and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and adapt to shifting priorities.
Responsibilities:
Manages projects end-to-end including leading the initiation and planning phases.
Creates and executes project work plans including resource need and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Holds accountability for project outcomes. Manages project issues proactively.
Provides direction to the project teams and manages and controls of progress, quality and budget.
Issue, Risk & Change Management:
Manage project's scope and asses impacts to requested changes
Serves as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolution
Leads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasks.
Ensure risk management via mitigation strategies
Ensure proper tracking of Change requests with appropriate signoffs
Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project
Builds and drives the change management plan necessary for the transformational Projects
Leads and motivates project teams
Manages project dependencies with other Project Managers
Coordinates communication across multidisciplinary project / business teams
Manages project stakeholders and expectations at all levels
Adapts project management processes and methodologies to ensure project success
Reports monthly project status and works closely with key stakeholders and top management to resolve project impediments
Works closely with Manager to continuously improve the methodology and fosters constructive working relationships with other PMs
Ensures compliance with existing methodologies and standards
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Five or more years of project management experience within strong change management experience for transformation Projects
Solid experience in leading transformational project through the complete project life cycle
Experience working in an organized and established project management environment (e.g. as a member of a PMO)
Exposure to an international working environment
Management of project's operating and capital budgets.
Experience designing and delivering presentations to diverse audiences, including senior management, operational, technical and non-technical personnel
Change management and benefits realization in project management
Proven knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK®, Prince2®, CMMI®ITIL®, SDLC, RUP®, etc.)
Able to strategically manage several concurrent projects, and be able to effectively adapt to shifting priorities
Must possess extensive knowledge in the use of project management methodologies and tools; resource management practices and change management techniques.
Good communications and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills in at least English. Additional languages are a plus.
Self-starter. Ability to work independently.
Must be able to work well under pressure
Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations and cultures
Ability to influence in a matrix organization
Must possess a can-do, winning attitude, the highest level of integrity, and the ability to inspire confidence with an open, trustworthy, and engaging style

University degree or equivalent in education and experience
PM certification a plus
