Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Zug, Switzerland
The Senior Project Manager will be part of the E2E harmonization program in Switzerland and will focus on the operationalization of the strategy. This will entail responsibilities as a Project Manager in the oversight of multiple cross-functional project workstreams across different legal entities and branches in Switzerland. Key partnering functions will be Total Rewards, Legal, Campus Leadership, Employee Relations/Labour Relations, Payroll/Time & Attendance, Facilities, Fleet etc.
We are looking for a person who has the passion to lead change, who has a strong background in multidisciplinary project management activities and HR in Switzerland, has a proven track record of excellent project delivery capabilities, is customer-centric and collaborative, has excellent stakeholder management, as well as communication & presentation skills. Additionally, outstanding risk management, as well as the ability to adapt to working within a matrix organization with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders, and excellent time and resource management will be critical for this role.
The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the Director of Strategic Projects, and will be part of a duration-based Swiss program team, dedicated to the overall harmonization efforts, leading through the implementation in the assessment, design, planning, execution, and closure of different project work streams.
The Senior Project Manager will be expected to establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and navigate complex business partner dynamics to garner support and ensure effective delivery and alignment with project goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Proven track record as Project Manager of successfully managing/leading and delivering complex and large-scale projects from concept through delivery and operations stage required.
Project Management degree or certifications are a plus
Previous experience in policy development and/or harmonization strongly preferred
Extensive matrix & cross-functional stakeholder management experience and the ability to navigate and influence diverse groups of business partners, is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking with a keen ability to anticipate and address challenges are required.
Understanding of and experience in HR policies and practices in Switzerland is strongly preferred
Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills across various forums and diverse audiences.
Strong ability to prioritize, manage time and deadlines effectively, and assess and communicate risk are required.
Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment, building positive working relationships with diverse stakeholders in a challenging environment.
Must have a collaborative approach, and the ability to connect and to manage complexity and ambiguity.
Fluent in English and German. French is a plus.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
