  This onsite Project Analyst (PA) position based in Windsor Locks, CT will support the ISS Depot Repairs & Spares Program by providing technical and program support to Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and Cost Account Managers (CAM) on a variety of tasks. Primary focus will be working with MS Project to update and maintain program schedules. Track tasks and requirements to ensure the teams are on target to meet their deadlines. Serves as the focal for analyzing and reporting Earned Value (EV) data, creating and presenting program metrics.

  Primary Responsibilities:

  Analyze, update and maintain program schedules

  Submit weekly program schedules to the customer which includes critical path items, status and duration of engineering and operations task

  Create and analyze aggregate schedules of all ISS Depot Repairs & Spares Programs

  Analyze program schedules and gather task progress data from several departments and provide updates to appropriate parties

  Identify and investigate possible schedule slippage and report findings to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads

  Identify procurement lead time issues and work with appropriate party to resolve

  Create metrics to understand how each program impacts the others with shared resources

  Task forecasting and tracking for items that are due weekly/monthly

  Analyze monthly Earned Value (EV) \Estimate to Complete (ETC) reports for data integrity data and work with Finance to resolve issues

  Provide reports to the Value Stream Leader (VSL) regarding any EV issues

  Facilitate and support program CAM review meetings

  Monitors and tracks program status, escalating and reporting challenges, shortfall, issues, etc. to leadership and key stakeholders

  Responsible for knowing correct processes, procedures, etc. to ensure the program is compliant

  Lead stand-up meetings for team to obtain task status

  Identify critical path and near critical path tasks within the program schedule

  Basic Qualifications:

  Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or

  An Advanced Degree in a related field or

  In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience

  Advanced experience with Microsoft Project

  U.S. Citizenship is Required

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience with understanding technical projects including schedule and earned value management, risk management, customer interaction, and briefings

  Multi-tasker that can work on weekly deadlines

  Understanding of a manufacturing environment

  Strong knowledge with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  SAP and Jira knowledge and experience

  Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

  Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

  The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

  This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
