　　Job Description:

　　Oversee programming and implementation. Work at the highest level of all technical phases and lead programming. Critically review all programs prior to implementation to verify consistency and conformance with established departmental guidelines, policies, and practices as well as industry standard guidelines. Perform acceptance testing and program implementation for assigned systems and/or projects. Conduct thorough analysis with regards to technical system and applications. Plan the processes necessary to solve business requirements including project definition, project estimation, analysis/design, construction, and implementation. Provide expert technical applications support (programming, patches, upgrade paths, load scripts, complex integration, etc.) and development support for existing or new business applications. Work independently on routine or complex assignments using standard practices for software analysis, development, implementation, and support (design, programming, patches, load scripts, complex integration, etc.). Define and develop practical information system specifications from business requirements, utilizing context diagrams, prototyping, flowcharts, presentations, and layouts for solutions for simple to complex business problems. Guide and/or perform detailed design and development activities for the entire application regardless of scope. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.

　　Job Requirements:

　　Requires Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Computer Applications, Computer Technology, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems or related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered, or related IT or engineering role. Will accept a Bachelor's degree plus five (5) years of described experience in lieu of a Master's degree plus one (1) year of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Base Salary: $151,466 - $153,000/Year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, education, and/or to comply with federal or state law. Travel and work at client sites as assigned.
