Overview

　　GovCIO is currently hiring for a Senior Program Manager. This position will be located in Fort Meade MD and will be a fully remote position.

　　Responsibilities

　　Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Provides management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of contract personnel. Coordinates business plans and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of the contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing and administrative areas.

　　Plans, directs, or coordinates activities in fields such as: offensive and defensive cyberspace capability development, systems analysis, intelligence fusion, engineering support, and activities supporting operations on the DoD Information Network.

　　Qualifications

　　Required Skills and Experience:

　　Bachelors 15+ yrs experience (or commensurate)

　　An active PMP certification

　　A minimum of 10 years of program management experience

　　Experience managing a $150M+ program

　　Experience managing multiple stakeholder projects across a geographically distributed workforce.

　　Clearance Required: TS/SCI

　　Preferred Skills and Experience:

　　A minimum of three years of experience (within the last seven years) leading the implementation of programs or projects in one of the following areas

　　            - Emerging threats and cyber capabilities

　　            - Integrated Intelligence

　　            - Defensive Cyber Operations

　　Offensive Cyber Operations

　　            - Mission Systems, Networks, and End User Support

　　NS Innovations

　　Cyber Command Air Force, Navy, Army, Marine

　　Posted Pay Range

　　The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the GovCIO reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, GovCIO or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

　　USD $250,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 /Yr.
