Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Manager to join our team. This is a remote opportunity.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accountable for all assigned aspects of the projects over the entire project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
Plan, staff, budget, and direct programs to ensure the timely delivery of contractual commitments to customers.
Accountable for project staffing, resource management, and performance management.
Gathers pre-implementation and post-implementation facts (from customer stakeholders) to document Business Case, outcomes achieved, and ROI delivered.
Prepares strategic reviews of project status with leadership.
Effectively coordinates risks and opportunities to leadership.
Obtains customer validation of outcomes achieved and ROI delivered.
Documents Past Performance write-ups
Accountable for program/scope growth within assigned project.
Responsible for identifying additional growth opportunities with the current customer.
Support our partners with project delivery
Ensure projects are working in compliance with all relevant standards and process.
Basic Qualifications:
PMP certification.
10+ years of relevant project management experience.
5+ years’ experience managing IT sustainment or modernization projects to include strategy and architecture development.
Experience enabling innovation in programs, policies, and procedures, including facilitating innovative technical solutions.
Broad understanding of federal government provisions, directives, policies, organization, and processes.
Extremely strong executive presence and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
CSM or equivalent certification
Robust professional network
Security Clearance Requirements:
US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance.Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $130,500-$217,500. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
