Job Summary The GAM SeniorAnalyst Project (Build Coordinator) provides program management supportto the Global Advanced Manufacturing (GAM) Launch Team in theirexecution of the company Life Cycle Plan (LCP). This role will interfacewith the GAM team, York Process Engineering, York Operations and PDCEngineering teams to plan and execute silent build events (BE) at YVOand the 3PLs. The Coordinator, along with GAM Launch Managers andTechnical Trainers, manages the daily operational facets of the NewProduct Development Lab - planning and coordinating both strategic andoperational activities including the coordination all key resources andmaterials necessary to execute successful lab build events. JobResponsibilities Lead Lab and NPC Readiness to support build events *Demonstrate in-depth skill and experience in the planning and executionof build events or implementation projects across multiple functions anddepartments. * Develop and coordinate routine communication of areareadiness; includes status tracking (POAP), issue resolution and helpchain escalation. * Support the Launch Team with the preparation,editing and overall management of leadership reporting materials forexecutive meetings, strategic programs and events. * Act as primarypoint of contact for Lab or NPC readiness to support build events. *Identify areas of contribution towards successful build execution andachieving silent launch goals. Work with NPSM and Plant SM to track andmaintain Lab/NPC Material readiness to support upcoming build events *Manages the NPD Lab part inventory picture and coordinates receipt andtransfer of material. * Acts as POC for transferring and stagingmaterial between the NPD Lab and NPC, as well as planning and stagingNPC build area for upcoming events.
