　　JOB DESCRIPTION

　　Our team is looking for a passionate Senior Program Associate on Dcode’s Client Success team to help support our fast growing government business! As a senior program associate, you will support customer engagements focused on driving innovation into the federal market. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with government leaders and helping them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. It's fast paced and exciting!

　　At a high level, you’ll be responsible for:

　　Supporting federal customer engagements across the US government 

　　JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Write assessments and reports, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and assist with planning and delivery of government and tech-facing trainings, workshops, and advisory services

　　Coordinate logistics for both in-person and virtual training and workshops

　　Plan, organize, and execute Dcode events to help connect tech, government, and industry

　　Work with Dcode’s program managers to ensure delivery meets contractual requirements, including cost and schedule

　　Coordinate with Dcode’s sales team on upsell and expansion opportunities

　　Represent Dcode at conferences, events, and meetings with leaders from government, industry, to include Dcode’s tech portfolio

　　Help grow Dcode’s network of government innovators by building and maintaining relationships with government stakeholders

　　Qualifications

　　KEY SKILLS

　　You’ll learn something new every day in this role. We’ll teach you the ropes but ideal candidates will have:

　　2-5 years of work experience

　　Prior experience delivering government-facing client work

　　The ability to work without being closely managed and continuously WOW

　　Strong interest in one or more of the following areas: government contracting, government finance and budgeting, consulting advisory services, process re-engineering, and/or government culture-change

　　An ability to listen to customers and discern needs

　　A willingness and ability to support operations in a fast-paced environment

　　Proven problem-solving, self-management, and organizational skills

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills

　　A willingness to work in an environment that is welcoming, open, transparent, curious, collaborative, challenging, results-driven, and fun!
