　　Randstad has an exciting opportunity currently available in Rochester, NY We are looking for experienced Client Service Representatives to join this team! This position has permanent potential with one of our clients, a Financial Services Company. Candidates must be willing to work onsite for 4 weeks for training and 1 day per week once training is complete Please feel free to contact our team if you have any additional questions about this opportunity!

　　Responsibilities

　　Interface with customers to resolve 1st and 2nd tier/escalated customer service issues.

　　Investigate, analyze, coordinats and track moderately complex customer issues.

　　Escalate issues for action as appropriate to more senior or specialized staff for immediate action.

　　Create and maintain logs, reports, records and files.

　　Make proactive calls to determine issues requiring close attention, identifies problems and works through to resolution.

　　Receive orders, reconcile information, track on spreadsheets, and follow up with customers.

　　Prepare customer billings, answer questions about billing, and coordinate resolution of billing issues with collections and/or other departments.

　　Will be required to work onsite 1 day per week
