In this dynamic role, you'll offer program management guidance to the OSD ManTech Government leadership team, enabling long-term mission planning and optimizing project execution within DMS&T and AMCAP programs.

　　Your responsibilities extend to interpreting and preparing policies and procedures, supporting leadership in representing DoD in senior-level committees, and advising the Director, ManTech on emerging policy, trends, and technologies in advanced manufacturing. 　　Required Experience & Skills

　　Active Secret Clearance

　　Master's Degree in a business or program management-related field from an accredited college or university with fifteen (15) years of relevant professional experience.

　　Demonstrated experience guiding strategic management, possessing a deep understanding of DoD financial management and oversight.

　　Ability to analyze and track legislative processes.

　　Demonstrated experience working with senior government leaders at the Interagency, White House, and Department levels.

　　Understands perspectives of, and able to communicate with, senior government, industry, and academic individuals and able to mentor ManTech team members.
