Apogee Services Inc. Position Summary Apogee's Data Strategy & Governance organization focuses on implementing processes and solutions for Data Governance, Master Data Management and Data Analytics. This MDM Solutions Developer will fill a critical role in enhancing and supporting the MDM solution for prioritized Apogee Data Domains; educating our IT & Business Partners; implementing and supporting future Data Catalog and Quality solutions; and consulting on data-related projects from the MDM perspective across the organization. Responsibilities Support, Enhance & Extend MDM Solution (Profisee) Plan and lead MDM requirement analysis sessions with business users Collaborate with multiple internal/external stakeholders to implement, administer, and optimize end-to-end MDM Platform & DevOps solutions Research, develop, and support MDM Workflows Coordinate MDM program activities for multiple data domains Create MDM roadmap for upgrades, enhancements, and domain expansions Conduct source system analysis, and data profiling for lifecycle management Define requirements for data matching and merging rules, survivorship criteria and data stewardship workflows that can be deployed in the endorsed MDM tool Create deterministic and probabilistic matching methodologies Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture teams (data integration, data architecture, business intelligence) to develop and deliver MDM solutions. Work with peers and Change Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life cycle Work with Vendors to resolve issues and to deliver future enhancements Data Catalog & Quality Support and enhance Data Catalog and Business Glossary solution, including data lineage capabilities and data quality rules Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of MDM platform Support the deployment of the Data Governance Framework and the Data Literacy efforts Data Ingestion, Harmonization and Standardization Develop, support, and maintain the CI/CD pipelines for new domains as per the requirements on Boomi, Profisee and/or Azure DevOps Automate common, repeatable tasks at large scale to streamline operational procedures on various technology stacks within team Prepare user, design, and technical documentation Update documentation as required Experience & Skills Experience: Undergraduate degree (Computer Science, MIS, Data Management or equivalent) 3+ years of demonstrated MDM Implementation, roll-out and support Extensive knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality Hands-on expertise required with MDM tools (preferably Profisee) Knowledge of SAP helpful Exposure to Data Analytics and PowerBI helpful Required skills: Strong client-service orientation Ability to understand business objectives and to predict how they might impact the business process design and requirements Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented - willing to dig into the data to understand root cause Persistent in resolving issues and following through to completion Provides timely and appropriate communication Self-managing and results-oriented Leverages an Agile Mindset #LI-TV1 Apogee and our brands are an equal opportunity employer.
