Job Description

Job Summary:

The ClientWorks Product Strategy team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Strategist to join our ClientWorks organization, which supports our internal sales domains and multiple multi-tenant customer production domains. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and delivery of innovations, and broad adoption of the Oracle Health EHR across our customer base.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, or a related field, with a focus on healthcare technology and Oracle Health products.

• Strong knowledge of the Physician and Ambulatory Oracle Health (legacy Cerner) products - including but not limited to PowerChart, PowerForms, IView, Orders, PowerPlans, Ambulatory, etc. required.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies that drive business growth and customer adoption.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

U.S. Citizenship on U.S. soil is required.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies that align with our company's vision and goals, with a focus on delivering the latest innovations via roadmap and bringing new product innovations to market.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and voice for our multi-tenant domains, collaborating closely with our Product Management counterparts to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new innovations and products.

• Leverage your expertise with Physician and Ambulatory Oracle Health products to inform product engineering on multi-tenant needs and drive broad adoption among our customers.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to integrate into our product offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Consulting and Product Engineering and Management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure that our product solutions meet their needs and expectations.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
