　　Reddit is at a crucial point in our journey and we are looking for a Senior Product Ops Specialist to help drive the success of Reddit Ads. You will play an important role in developing, pressure testing, and troubleshooting our ads products and work closely with product managers, engineers, and product marketing managers. Through this role, you will also provide technical support to the Mid Market Sales team and ensure our top spending advertisers are set up for success. You will have ownership over major products and your contributions will have a direct impact on advancing Reddit Ads.

　　Responsibilities: 

　　Work with engineering and product managers to identify bugs and test new ad products Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team for escalated troubleshooting issues Work alongside solutions engineers to create and launch new dashboards Work closely with the ads measurement team to test and certify new vendors/partnerships Collaborate with multiple teams (sales, product marketing, brand strategy, ads engineers, product) to ensure smooth launch for custom campaigns Have a foundational knowledge of ad serving and ad technology Required Qualifications:

　　BA / BS degree 6+ years experience in product operations or similar Experience working with ads product and engineers Foundational understanding of the mobile app install marketplace and GDPR Strong troubleshooting abilities and high attention to detail Experience working with debugging tools (ex. Charles) Experience working with sales (preferable in the Mid-Market space) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Adept written and oral communication skills Foundational understanding of digital advertising and marketing Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in SQL Working knowledge of Javascript Experience with a data management platform (ex.
