We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Senior Product Marketing Manager, Endpoint Security to join our team of collaborative marketers, who embraces diverse perspectives and trying new things. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you are focused on the customer and business outcomes, you are great at cross-group collaboration, you are a natural listener and simplifier. You look end to end across the business from marketing campaigns to readiness to product strategy to partner to field to competitors. Responsibilities
Building a deep technical understanding of the product and translating that into effective marketing materials
Partnering closely with and influencing engineering to adopt a customer obsessed mindset and keep a pulse on evolving market trends
Driving awareness by creating marketing assets like demo videos, blogs, emails, content, webinars, and more.
Using market and compete analysis to influence your go-to-market plans
Collaborating with the Go-To-Market team to drive sales enablement and scale marketing initiatives for our endpoint security offering

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in Product Marketing with a focus on commercial software
OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in Product Marketing with a focus on commercial software
OR equivalent experience.
5+ years experience partnering closely with product teams on product strategy, narrative creation, and launches
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in Product Marketing with a focus on commercial software
OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in Product Marketing with a focus on commercial software
OR equivalent experience.
Experience in Cybersecurity and an understanding of the security audience
Ability to translate technical concepts into a compelling story for customers that clearly articulates Microsoft’s strategy, benefits and differentiation
Effective communication skills, high degree of accountability, and willingness to take measured risks
Ability to deliver world class marketing content, including value proposition, evidence, blogs, whitepapers & presentations for identified scenarios, products/features and segments/audiences
Ability to develop working relationships with customers, senior executives, engineering teams, and other product and marketing groups.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
