Job Description

　　A large medical device client of Insight Global is seeking a Jr. Salesforce.com Business Analyst who will apply their understanding of Salesforce.com (SFDC) to support the creation & execution of solutions within SFDC to further improve sales performance within a fast growing, cutting edge medical device Sales and Marketing organization. Analytics determine adoption and business value of the solution and suggest areas for improvement. To be successful in this role, you must be eager, data-driven, with strong communication skills.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex business operations challenges.

　　-Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance.

　　-Outstanding communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization.

　　-At least 3 years of business operations improvement experience.

　　-Minimum 1 year of Salesforce.com or related Customer Relationship Management software user experience

　　-Strong data analysis skills: able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions (Tableau, Salesforce Reports, Einstein Analytics experience a plus)

　　-Agile Experience -BS/BA Business Administration or related field

　　-Reporting: Expert skills in Excel and other analytics tools such as Tableau or Einstein Analytics

　　-Salesforce Admin Certification(s)

　　-Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to positively impact business performance.

　　-High sense of urgency and commitment to execution

　　-Outstanding communications skills, able to communicate with all levels of an organization. null
