　　The successful candidate for this position will be responsible forinvestigating, researching, analyzing, and evaluating various degrees ofcomplex cases of suspicious financial activity for possible AMLviolations. This role will collaborate with the BSA officer andAssistant BSA Officer to complete customer and account reviews,transaction monitoring, prepare regulatory reports, ensure OFACcompliance, and other special projects in order to maintain regulatorycompliance within First Service Bank.

　　Candidates must possess at a minimum:

　　High School diploma or GED2+ years of banking experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writingExcellent time management skills and the ability to handle multipletasks simultaneouslyStrong interpersonal skillsProven experience and in-depth knowledge of training and developmentin a financial industryA driving focus on reaching sales goalsDedication to integrity in all responsibilities and operationsAttention to detail and excellent organizational skillsAbility to prioritize work flow and meet deadlines simultaneouslyGood computer skills including a working knowledge of web-basedtechnologyEducation / Certification

　　2 - 4 years of progressive related experience in banking/financeindustry1- 2 years of Bank Secrecy Act compliance experience or relatedCandidate must be available to work occasional evening and/or weekendhours to attend community events to promote the bank.
