Role Overview:
McAfee is looking for a customer-obsessed, data-driven Product Manager with a track record in checkout, payments, and e-commerce to accelerate the growth of a product reaching millions of global customers. Utilizing a hypothesis-driven, test and learn approach you will drive the evolution of the product to achieve revenue, acquisition, and retention goals. You will be part of a high-achiever team responsible for developing best-in-class consumer experiences that protect users’ privacy, digital identity, online browsing, and digital security.
This is a remote position based in Canada. We will only consider candidates in Canada and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
We are looking for a customer-obsessed, entrepreneurial product manager who is driven to move a business forward. A great candidate will have a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and expertise in experience design to ultimately drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
You will lead the ideation, development, and execution of checkout and payment product strategies aligned with business goals, by leveraging on a deep understanding of market trends, user behavior, and competitive analysis.
You will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to prioritize, define, and execute product enhancements.
As a customer champion you will translate customer insights, feedback, and pain points into actionable product requirements with clear success metrics, while ensuring products meet and exceed user expectations.
With a strong technical background, you will communicate effectively with engineering teams, bridging the gap between product vision and technical implementation.
You will partner closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, in rapid prototype, test and feedback loop to design seamless end to end experiences.
You will design and lead A/B test strategy, and data analysis to iterate and improve the overall user experience continually.
Utilize data-driven insights and analytics tools you will track key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to increase conversion rates, subscription renewals, decrease cart abandonment, and drive revenue growth.
About you:
A great candidate will have a unique combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and expertise in experience design to ultimately drive conversions and customer satisfaction.
You have 5 +years of proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on payment systems, checkout processes, or eCommerce platforms at scale.
You have some technical background with knowledge of software development methodologies and experience working closely with engineering teams.
You are knowledgeable in experience design, usability testing, and familiar with UX/UI design tools.
You have exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
You have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of subscription management flows is a plus.
