　　The mission of the Platform Product Group engineers is to build a trusted, scalable and compliant platform to operate with speed, efficiency and quality. Our teams build and maintain the platforms critical to the existence of Coinbase. There are many teams that make up this group which include Product Foundations (i.e. Identity, Payment, Risk, Proofing & Regulatory, Finhub), Machine Learning, Customer Experience, and Infrastructure.

　　What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

　　Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive product strategy and to design simple experiences that our customers love

　　Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production

　　Design experiences across all of our platforms: iOS, Android, Web

　　Contribute to and participate in our design critique process, to receive and provide feedback on design work

　　What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

　　5+ years of Product Design experience

　　Proven track record of working within a product team to ship successful products to users

　　Ability to own design process end-to-end from concept to implementation

　　Ability to collaborate and partner strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering partners to drive and influence product decisions

　　Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, and prototyping

　　Understanding of patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and Web

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools

　　Low ego and open-minded
