The pay range is $109,000.00 - $196,200.00

This Confirm & Buy team is responsible for the design of cart, checkout and account experiences . More tha n $20B/year (and growing) flows through our app and web checkout, making t his Target's biggest cash register ! Your team is responsible for identifyi ng and designing ways to help our guests complete their purchases with clarity, confidence and speed . The work includes rethinking aspects of the existing experienc e , and ensuring we have payment options that reflect the needs of all guests we serve now and in the future.
