About Senior Product Delivery Associate - Deposit 2.0

  Join us as a Senior Product Delivery Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in the evolution of our Deposit 2.0 product development.   As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in our Deposit 2.0 team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our product development. You will excel in managing dependencies, monitoring blockers, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders and functional partners. This role provides an opportunity to promote efficiency improvements in the development process and to create solutions that will have a significant impact on our product's success.

  Job Responsibilities:

  Effectively manage dependencies to ensure timely product development and collaborate with Product Owners to identify dependencies.

  Act as a liaison between the Deposit 2.0 product team, stakeholders, and functional partners.

  Proactively communicate with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify issues, create solutions, and drive efficiency improvements in the development process.

  Drive commitment from Partners to ensure Program execution success.

  Create and maintain Dashboards to track program's progress and identify potential bottlenecks and manage dependencies in Jira Align.

  Perform detailed dependency mapping to understand the intricate relationships between tasks.

  Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills to convey project status and insights effectively.

  Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in program management or project management in the Financial Services industry.

  Proven experience in product delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams.

  Proficiency in using Jira and Jira Align to track and manage tasks and dependencies.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  Proficient in using, PowerPoint, Excel and Confluence.

  Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables - must be a very motivated self-starter

  Track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, achieving challenging goals, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  PMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plus.

  This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
