About the role

　　Uber is looking for a Senior Process Optimization Specialist to expand its Team in Krakow.

　　The Krakow Center of Excellence is taking a new highway to become a major Technology Hub in Central & Eastern Europe, focusing on Process Optimization, Data Analytics & Automation

　　You will work on complex business processes that are essential to keep the Uber operations in good functioning order.

　　You will ensure your actions are run properly and on time, meeting the expectations in terms of quality and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), by following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

　　While executing these processes, you will identify areas of improvement, conduct root-cause analyses, build data-driven strategies and implement your enhancements iteratively and incrementally.

　　You will participate in the design of new processes and analyze their execution on small cohorts before scale up. Accordingly, you will prepare brand-new SOPs and ensure they are kept up to date.

　　Located in Krakow, the Team is centralizing work for Uber Rides & Uber Eats, covering several mega-regions, i) United States & Canada, ii) Europe, Middle East, and Africa or iii) Global

　　What you'll do

　　Participate in the design of new business processesWrite Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and keep them updatedExecute complex processes and work on their continuous optimizationWrite queries and scripts to reduce execution time and guide other team membersOwn end-to-end project plan and suggest improvements for the entire portfolioImprove technical skills continuously to match evolving business needsWork on business critical processes in coordination with Stakeholders and Team Members

　　Good knowledge in:Google Sheets (reporting & trend analysis)SQL and Google ScriptProven track record in:operational excellence and continuous optimizationexecuting multiple business processes in accordance with SOPscreating flows (ex.: Lucidchart)Practical experience in executing and optimizing large scale processes (mega-region)Faculty to provide guidance on project designs and continuous improvementsAbility to work on your own initiative independently (proactive) or in Group (excellent teammate)Strong Analytical Skills, Critical Thinking, Business AcumenExcellent written and spoken English (fluent)
