And if that's you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionYou will develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies. You will interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products. Estimate manufacturing cost, determines time standards and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines. You will maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.Main Responsibilities:Ownership of PCB EA processes.Design production floor layouts, processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.Identify opportunities for automation/digitalization and implementationInitiate manufacturing technology innovations and oversee the implementation.Identify assembly equipment, tooling, and fixture requirements.Participate in the procurement, installation, and validation activities.Create Documented Manufacturing Instructions (MI).Lead cross functional teams to resolve issues that arise during builds.Ensure compliance to all production environmental, health, and safety requirements.Apply engineering problem solving skills and familiarity of Rockwell Automation systems to perform duties and responsibilities.Initiate the identification, development and implementation of cost reduction and process improvement projects. May lead a small team to complete these projects.Exhibit good organizational and interpersonal skills.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, to a broad audience of varying technical and cultural background.Collaborate with or lead others from within and outside of the Manufacturing group to achieve common objectives.Troubleshooting skills and attention to details.Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Use facts and logic to influence others.Productivity / cost saving activitiesBasic Qualifications:Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
