　　Job Overview:

　　We are looking for a Senior Originator to join our newly established Private Credit business

　　We’ll trust you to:

　　Identify private credit investment opportunities and lead deal teams in the origination and underwriting of these transactions including diligence, credit memo preparation and investment committee presentationCoordinate analysis with our loan only/private credit research analysts to provide industry and market comp context for each transactionCover US sponsors and other sources of deal flow and develop meaningful relationships across the market Communicate and develop relationships with issuer management teams, sell-side professionals, legal and restructuring professionalsBe able to effectively manage deal teams through all parts of the origination and underwriting process while covering multiple transactions at the same timeAnalyze and help develop credit documents such as loan agreements, amendments, and security agreements

　　You'll need to have:

　　6-12 years of origination experience with a strong credit disciplineExcellent sponsor relationshipsExemplary history of loan performanceStrong team building skills with management potentialExcellent quantitative, communication, and investment management skillsBA/BS degree requiredMBA degree, CFA designation viewed positively, but not required

　　Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.

　　Discretionary Bonus: Role may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus. Discretionary bonuses are determined by several factors including, but not limited to, firm, team, and individual performance.
