This position is 100% remote within the Bank's footprint. Employee will work full time remote outside of a WesBanco location (may occasionally attend in person meetings, although primary functions of the role are performed remotely.)Central Southern Kentucky37.5
Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline such as Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related subject required.Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry required.Experience in commercial lending or credit analysis preferred.
SUMMARY:The Senior Pricing Analyst will support the Bank's commercial lending derivative hedging program and assist with loan pricing for business banking and commercial loan divisions. Derivative program support will include quote preparation, assisting with regulatory and bank policy compliance, execution of derivative transactions, and working with the analytics and credit administration teams to develop and maintain program tracking reports. The analyst will assist bankers with the use of the commercial loan pricing tool as well as assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of various Excel based tools. The analyst with also perform relationship profitability modeling which involves the use of the Bank's profitability application to assist bankers in analyzing product pricing scenarios. The analyst will work independently and with members of various departments, and interact regularly with members of the Bank's business and commercial banking teams and with Bank customers on occasion. Additionally, the analyst will act as a backup for various liquidity monitoring and funding execution as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepares pricing quotes for interest rate swaps, caps, and collars and execute derivative transactions.Provides guidance to lenders and other constituents on product and relationship pricing through the use of various tools and applications.Supports the development of derivative and loan pricing monitoring reports by working with internal stakeholders and report developers.Performs maintenance and makes enhancements to various complex Excel based tools as needed.Assists in the ongoing maintenance of relevant documentation and procedures for the derivative and loan pricing frameworks.Acts as a backup for certain liquidity and funding tasks on occasion.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Banking is a highly regulated industry and you will be expected to acquire and maintain a proficiency in the Bank's policies and procedures, and adhere to all laws, rules and regulations that are applicable to your conduct and the work you will be performing. You will also be expected to complete all assigned compliance training in a timely manner.Proficient in Microsoft Office products.Must be proficient in MS Excel including the use of pivot tables, lookups, and conditional formatting.Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to explain complex matters to multiple constituenciesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracy.Able to work prioritize and meet communicated deadlines.
