　　Skills And Qualifications

　　Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics

　　Minimum 5 years of Non-Life Insurance experience

　　Ability to understand corporate customers’ expectations

　　Consistently seeks chances to define improvements in terms of coverage or service

　　Independent, analytical and pro-active

　　Understanding of complex and global office structure

　　Excellent knowledge of English language, both written and verbal

　　Job Description

　　Handling the placement process of engineering, property, casualty and financial lines with local and/or global insurance and/or reinsurance markets

　　Receiving offers from local and global markets and handling placement process

　　Maintaining the coordination in between internal Aon Units, together with the global Aon offices involved.

　　Maintaining the policy making stages of the proposals

　　Following and analyzing market trends, the products and pricing policies of different insurance and reinsurance companies (especially fire, construction, energy products, etc.).
