Description

　　Robert Half is recruiting for an exciting Senior Payroll Accountant opportunity with a growing organization in Bethesda, MD! The organization offers great benefits, growth, and is centered around global humanitarian efforts. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact and process payroll for multiple countries and states across the US.

　　Additional responsibilities include:

　　Process payroll for both international and US employees accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.

　　Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.

　　Assist in the implementation of new payroll software, particularly transitioning from Oracle to SAP.

　　Provide support for employee taxes, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee documentation related to payroll.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.

　　Stay abreast of changes in payroll regulations and ensure company-wide compliance.

　　Generate payroll reports and analytics for management review.

　　Continuously improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy.

　　Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related matters.

　　Requirements

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Will consider experience in lieu of degree

　　Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll processing.

　　Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now

　　Strong understanding of international payroll processes and compliance.

　　Experience in assisting with software implementations

　　Knowledge of US and international tax laws related to payroll.

　　Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

　　Effective communication and collaboration skills.

　　Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
