  Senior Account ExecutiveFirst year potential total compensation is $88,000.Base: $42-$45 depending on experience.First-year on-track earnings at 100% including base, commission,bonus, and expense allowance of $88,000 (approximate).Manufacturer incentive programs average earnings $4,000-$10,000 PLUSAs the Senior Outside Sales Account Executive on our Enterprise AccountsTeam, you will be accountable for bringing creative, real-world solutionsfor our client's print management needs in the Denver, CO marketplace.Your role as Senior Outside Sales Account Executive will be to sell a fullrange of office solutions (high-speed digital copiers/printers,full-color copiers/printers, software (Document Capture, DocumentManagement Services, Document Delivery, and Digital Signage), andother non-Toshiba products in a complex territory, supporting gender-inclusiveYou will also have the chance to impact society by enabling businesses to savecosts, protect their documents, and reduce their carbon footprint.What You'll Be DoingDriving B2B sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory,which includes growing relationships with a diverse clientele.Achieving your B2B quota via lead generation and relationship-building.Presenting and selling digital office equipment and software solutions,including multi-functional products while acting as an ambassador for thecompanyGenerating new business by prospecting and convertingAdopting a culture of sales excellence, including established salesprocesses, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and a focus on core KPIs.Partnering with clients to identify goals and needs while ensuring highcustomer satisfaction.Aligning products and services where business opportunities exist.Developing relationships with clients and delivering high levels of clientcare.Conducting presentations and product demonstrationsCoordinating the terms of each sale, conducting sales reporting, and trainingCreating and maintaining a prospecting plan with the objective to identify keyareas of opportunity for new business.Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the industry and trendsthat influence office equipment and digital technology marketplaces.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent business-to-business sales experience.2+ years of outside or inside sales experience in a business-to-businessenvironmentValid driver's license.Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. offers a competitive salary andgenerous benefits package, including the following:Group health coverage (medical, dental, & vision)Employee Assistance ProgramsPre-tax spending accountsPet Insurance401(k) planCompany provided life insuranceEmployee discountsGenerous paid holiday schedule and paid vacation & sick/personalbusiness/volunteer days
