Job Title:Senior Operations Financial Analyst
Summary:The Senior Operations Financial Analyst role is a vital partner to the Sistersville, WV and Texas City, TX Operations teams, as well as the Performance Additives business. The role is responsible for evaluation of manufacturing costs, material cost, and financial performance of the plants and business. The position will work to identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and improve financial results.
Responsibilities Include:
Partner with Operations and PA Finance Leadership to provide insight into financial results, driving productivity and profitability
Prepare reports and estimates allowing for regular financial reviews and all business planning requirements, including annual operating plan and other short-range estimates
Partner with Area Managers and Engineers, recognizing material variances and trends, recommending changes in material standards
Partner with Site Leadership, identifying cost trend variances, empowering action, and hastening results in dynamic markets
Track and review Site Capital Expenditures, including financial valuations of projects prior to implementation
Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement to streamline and optimize the cash conversion cycle for PA
Complete month-end closing activities to ensure accuracy and completeness
Calculate and establish product costing and resource activity rates
Perform ad hoc evaluations as needed
Ensure 100% compliance US GAAP and Internal Company Financial Policies, including MPM Accounting Policy
Travel: Predicated by business needs, on average (0 - 10%)
Qualifications:The following are required for the role
Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field
3-5+ years of experience in Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain
Well versed in Excel, including VBA
The following are preferred for this role
ERP Standard and Material Costing environment preferred (SAP a plus)

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $70,900.00 - $103,950.00
The actualsalary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography.
