　　We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial audit professional based in London, UK. The Senior Auditor will be responsible for executing a mix of operational and compliance audits in the areas of design, efficiency and effectiveness of internal controls. This position will deliver the full lifecycle of audit assignments.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　- Internal Audit Execution: Support the Internal Audit team by executing internal audits, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.

　　- Risk and Control Matrices: Develop robust risk and control matrices and internal audit test plans.

　　- Comprehensive Compliance Review: Review compliance with operational, financial, IT, and regulatory controls.

　　- Data Analytics: Perform data analytics, including developing data requests, querying data using analytics platforms, and identifying exceptions for follow-up.

　　- Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate good stakeholder management skills, feeling comfortable around senior stakeholders, and presenting findings with clarity.

　　- Regulatory Awareness: Stay up-to-date on regulatory and statutory changes and accounting practices.

　　- Audit Reporting: Formulate well-written, concise, and clear audit reports.

　　- Follow-Up and Evaluation: Conduct regular, periodic follow-ups on significant audit findings and recommendations to evaluate the adequacy of corrective actions.

　　- Company-Wide Initiatives: Participate in various company-wide initiatives, such as reviews of policies and procedures.

　　- Risk Understanding: Maintain a solid understanding of emerging operational and technology risks and industry trends.

　　Qualifications

　　- Experience: IT and technology literate. Previous data analytics experience or willingness to learn is desirable.

　　- Industry Exposure: Background in technology, telecommunications, finance, or similar global environments.

　　- Data Analysis: Comfortable analyzing and interpreting large data sets.

　　- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.

　　- Compliance Review: Ability to review compliance with regulatory, operational, and financial controls.

　　- Versatility: Versatile professional with experience thriving in a fast-paced, global environment.

　　- IIA Standards: Good knowledge of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) standards.

　　- Regulatory Understanding: Practical understanding of the regulatory environment within the UK and Europe.

　　- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Good communication skills with confidence in presenting audit findings and corrective actions to senior stakeholders.

　　- Continuous Learning: Desire and drive to learn, grow, and make a quick impact as part of an expanding team.

　　- Qualifications: ACCA, ACA, CIA, or Equivalent. Project management certification (PMP, Agile PM, etc.) is highly beneficial.
