　　Job Summary

　　Working with numerous individuals and departments to support the performance of our products and operations for PVC fence and railing as well as assistance in our Aluminum Fence and Railing businesses. Working closely with the SVP-Operations for both PVC and Aluminum/other on various projects.

　　Responsibilities

　　Work with SVP's and VP of Operational Performance eon a standardized QC program for PVC, Aluminum, and deckingQC and SOP for inline color across the networkAssist in the development of both Printing and coating lines in both Springdale and Bulls Gap for PVC Fence, PVC Decking and WPCWork on with material team on formulation optimization and cost reductions.Assisting on the setup of Stratos 2.0PVC Harmonization initiative with VP Extrusion PerformanceAssisting on technical understanding for compounding, extrusion, and other processes / run rate improvementsWork with VP Engineering on automation opportunities

　　15 years experience in manufacturing leadership, extrusion experience preferredAbility to travel up to 75%
