Amentum is currently recruiting for a Network Engineer, Senior to join our team at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD to support our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics – Army (PM IS&A).

Duties:
Oversee all network engineering activities for the program office.
Support the requirements analysis/definition, design, implementation, integration, and verification of the interoperability interfaces for supported systems such as CD1, CD2, TITAN, and Intel Apps and other Army, Joint, Interagency, and Multinational requirements.
Support shall include the evaluation of existing and emerging standards for use within PM IS&A products.
Support and clarify interoperability certification requirements (for example Army Interoperability Certification), and finalize agreements related to interoperability testing with the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC).
Maintain and enhance the PM IS&A Application Programing Interface (API). The API will be used for “intera” operability across the IS&A portfolio. Oversee an Engineering Review Board process to manage configuration management and proposed enhancements to the PM IS&A API.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Direct experience working with user representatives, and Army and Joint programs to develop and execute interoperability testing between systems.
Direct experience with intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance software systems.
Direct experience in the design, integration, configuration, and analysis of complex software systems, military electronics, computer networking, and digital and graphic display systems. Includes direct experience with Department of Defense System Engineering processes.
Required Clearance:
ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret / SCI
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, System, Software or Computer Engineering; Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
At least twelve (12) years’ related work experience is required.
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position may be performed in a variety of locations, including but not limited to, commercial and/or government offices, test and integration labs, government facilities and depots, and test & evaluation and proving grounds.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.
