  The Senior Negotiator, Digital Partnerships is required to develop, recommend, execute and evaluate digital media plans from inception to completion with moderate oversight from the Manager. The Senior Negotiator should be able to work fairly independently once given project parameters, goals and budgets to develop a sound recommendation with clear rationale. The Senior Negotiator will oversee the Negotiator and Associate in terms of daily maintenance to ensure consistent processes are being followed and all client schedules are delivering.

  Able to take on a more client-facing role with moderate oversight from senior teamAttend regular client and vendor meetings, statuses and maintain on-going rapportInternal

  Mentor and assist in the training of Associates and NegotiatorsWork closely with Strategy and Comms Design teams to ensure that overall strategy is woven into all media choicesProvide partner selection recommendation and justification designed to deliver on clientDevelop the RFPs and oversee the submission process with media partnersEvaluate partner proposals, negotiate plan details, develop plan and ultimately present plan recommendations to internal stakeholders and clientsOversee campaign implementation, optimization, and performance of campaign activities including authorizations, IO's, budgets, creative, reporting and the billing and reconciliation processManage all partner specific budget allocation, optimization, media partnership programs and added value detailsCommercial

  Digital media buying experienceKnowledge of inventory management system such as MediaOcean PrismaExperience managing multiple, competing priorities, duties and/or projects. Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changesStrong time-management and organizational skillsProven ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendorsRequired PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. Good presentation skills a plusExperience analyzing data and market researchDesired Skills and Experience

  The salary range for this position is posted below. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the Company (applicable to current employees), as well as the employee's/applicant's skill set, level of experience, and qualifications.

  Salary Range

  $70,000-$75,000 USD
