  Custom Computer Specialists is looking for a Senior Microsoft Engineer with strong Microsoft and Cloud skills to join our team! This person will support, implement, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory/Cloud and Windows-based systems across the enterprise, including Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, O365 and M365. This Senior Level Engineer should be a strong team player along with leadership skills. This position will be traveling to clients throughout the New England area.

  Pay for this position is between $120,000-$145,000 dollars annually. Pay will be based on experience.

  RESPONSIBILITIES

  Produce enterprise-level Microsoft designs global initiatives following those through to implementation via collaboration with project and support teams .

  Install, configure, and maintain both on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft Solution for clients.

  Provide technical support to our client’s Microsoft on-premise or cloud-based Infrastructure through analysis and problem resolution.

  Develop, document, and enforce the standards, security procedures, and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems, Active Directory, and related systems.

  Manage customer satisfaction through effectively communicating and managing customer expectations.

  Work with sales team to perform client walk-throughs and consultation for new projects

  QUALIFICATIONS

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  Strong organization and time management skills

  8-12 years’ experience with both on-premise and cloud-based Microsoft products including but not limited to: Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange, O365, M365, Hyper-V and Certificate Services

  Industry recognized Microsoft Certifications preferred.

  Strong Power Shell and scripting skills preffered

  Understanding and experience with both public and private DNS

  Experience with TCP/IP based networks and general networking concepts.

  Excellent customer service skills

  Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.

  Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

  Knowledgeable on software installations
